Zeel is a graduate student in the MS Bioinformatic program graduating this December. They grew up in south Georgia and suburban Atlanta and went to Georgia Tech for undergrad as well; as a result, they're a die-hard Jackets fan! They also root for the Pittsburgh Steelers and enjoy playing racquet sports and golf as well as reading and gaming. Their advice for incoming graduate students is to invest time into building and maintaining community on- or off-campus. They're excited to lead their first GT6000 group this fall!
