Domestic Applicants
At Georgia Tech, you're considered a domestic applicant if you're a:
- U.S. citizen
- U.S. permanent resident

International Applicants
At Georgia Tech, you're considered an international applicant if you're:
- Living outside of the U.S. and will require an F-1 or J-1 visa to study in the U.S.,
- Living in the United States (U.S.) on a nonimmigrant visa,
- Going through the process of becoming a U.S. resident,
- Living outside of the U.S. and planning to apply to an online master's degree program as a non-U.S. citizen or non-U.S. permanent resident
