When you're good at something, you'll tell everyone. When you're great at something, they'll tell you.
Sam is a second-year master's student earning her degree in History and Sociology of Technology and Science. Sam is originally from New Jersey and earned a B.S. in Science, Technology and Society & History from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Through her research, Sam investigates the ways in which technology affects cognition and what role technology plays in the classroom. Outside of the classroom, you’ll find Sam baking, reading, exploring Atlanta, and rooting on NY sports teams. Sam’s advice for incoming graduate students is to participate in as many events on campus as possible, and don’t be afraid to introduce yourself to anyone around campus – you never know what opportunities may arise!
