Without hard work, nothing grows but weeds.

I was born and raised in San Diego, California. I received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University before coming to Tech. I work in the Sustainable Thermal Systems Lab exploring heat and mass transfer phenomena in ink droplets. My wife and I have one daughter and another on the way. While I enjoy all sorts of sports and outdoor activities, most of my free time is spent with my family. Feel free to say hi if you ever catch me with my daughter on the bus (it's her favorite thing)!
