Sometimes life is like this dark tunnel. You can’t always see the light at the end of the tunnel, but if you just keep moving… you will come to a better place.
Mikhail is a Florida suburbanite who received a B.S in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Computer Science from the University of Florida and is now a Ph.D. student in Robotics. His research focuses on improving robot perception. His hobbies include frequenting the gym, playing chess, and playing competitive video games with friends. His advice for incoming graduate students is to always take the time to enjoy the pleasures of life but to never forget the vision you had coming into grad school.
