Professional Development

As a Stamps Fellow, you’ll have access to $8,000 in enrichment funding to support your professional growth beyond the lab or classroom. Use it to fuel experiences that align with your goals—whether that’s specialized training, entrepreneurship opportunities, global research, or high-impact internships.

Stamps Fellows also engage in curated programming that challenges you to think critically, lead ethically, and navigate complex global issues with confidence. Rooted in academic freedom and open discourse, these experiences are designed to sharpen your voice and vision as a future changemaker in your field.

Georgia Tech was already a great option, but I was in between another school until Stamps really sealed the deal. In a time when everyone is worried about funding security, it was a really important feature.

From Aidan Billings (School of Mechanical Engineering)

Being named a Stamps Fellow affirmed my confidence as a researcher and motivated me to take on greater responsibility within my research group, which is part of the science team for the Rocket Lab mission to Venus. The Stamps enrichment sessions have also encouraged me to approach my work not only with technical excellence, but also with a stronger sense of leadership, service, and commitment to the broader scientific community.
