2026 Cohort
A native of Milton, Georgia, Nicole M. Reed is a Ph.D. student in Organizational Behavior in Georgia Tech's Scheller College of Business. She earned her undergraduate degree from New York University's Stern School of Business and now researches neurodiversity in the workplace, inclusive work design, authenticity, and identity management. Through her scholarship, Nicole seeks to advance understanding of how organizations can create environments where employees of all backgrounds feel valued, understood, and empowered to thrive.
