Originally from Northport, New York, James E. Connor is a Ph.D. student in Computer Science in Georgia Tech's School of Cybersecurity and Privacy. A Georgia Tech alumnus, his research focuses on the cybersecurity of critical infrastructure and emergency services, with interests spanning national security, terrorism, and emerging technological threats. James hopes to pursue a career in federal service, helping protect critical systems and communities from evolving cybersecurity challenges.
