This workshop helps PhD students recognize and articulate the career competencies they're building through their research and doctoral training, not just their technical specialty. Using Georgia Tech Career Center’s established Career Readiness @ Tech career competency framework, students will identify skills gained through teaching, mentoring, project management, and research itself, then learn to translate those skills for future paths in either academia or industry.
