Degree Requirements
A bachelor's degree in one of the following fields from an accredited institution with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA and no work experience in the real estate development industry.

A bachelor's degree in the following fields from an accredited institution with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA and a minimum of two years' experience in the real estate development industry
