The Center for Education Integrating Science, Mathematics, and Computing (CEISMC) will host an event to recognize and elevate Georgia Tech's role in helping ensure K-12 students are safe and continue learning during the summer. Thousands of K-12 students participate in various campus summer programming every year, ranging from one-week programs focused on academics, enrichment, or athletics to month-long opportunities through internships or research lab experiences.

In addition, we plan to invite the entire campus community to hand-write welcome notes and words of encouragement for K-12 students who will attend summer programming at Georgia Tech in 2024.

Notecards will be made available at the event to jot down motivating words. Electronic notecards can also be provided to individuals not able to attend. See below for options to share your welcoming words.

Send a handwritten note to a Summer Learner at Georgia Tech and welcome them when they attend campus programming in 2024!

Request a hand-written note and find out more details here.

If you are not able to submit a hand-written note, don't let that stop you from sharing positive words with a Summer Learner.
