Possibly. If you are an Independent student who left for less than 12 months and returned to Georgia, you may still be eligible for in-state tuition. If you are a Dependent student, your in-state tuition classification is tied to the state where your parent(s) live and pay taxes. As long as one of them kept domicile in Georgia, you should still be eligible for in-state tuition. You may be asked to provide documentation to prove your eligibility.
