How can I determine if I am eligible for in-state tuition?

To be eligible for in-state tuition, you must be a resident of the State of Georgia, as defined by the Board of Regents.  Review Section 4.3.2 “Classification of Students for Tuition Purposes” set by our governing body, the University System of Georgia.
