I am a U.S. Permanent Resident; do I need to submit additional proof of English proficiency?
No. As a U.S. Permanent Resident, you may satisfy the English proficiency requirement by uploading a copy of the front and back of your valid U.S. Permanent Resident card.
You can provide a copy of your card at the time you submit your application, or you can upload a copy via your Applicant Experience Portal.
