I'm an international student but I attended a school in the U.S. Do I need to take the TOEFL/IELTS?

Exceptions to the English Standardized exams are:

Applicants who have received a degree from a regionally accredited university in the United States. You must enter the degree information, including the (Expected) Conferred Date and upload a scan of your official transcript. If you are admitted, we must receive the official transcript directly from the issuing institute, or the TOEFL/IELTS exam scores will be required to enroll.
