International Applicants

Applicants who attended an institution outside of the United States may be chosen to have a credential evaluation performed by one of our partner services. If you are chosen, you will be required to provide official academic documents according to their instructions. Our office will receive the documents from the service along with the completed credential evaluation. For this reason, you should not send official documents until you have received the verification email from the Office of Graduate Education. You will then be able to log into your application status portal to view any outstanding academic documents needed to complete your application.

If your school does not provide English translations of your documents, they must be translated by a professional translation service. There are many licensed translation companies available online.

For information on what will happen if you fail to provide your official academic documents, please refer to Academic Holds.
