How do I obtain my I-20 or DS-2019?

Confirmation of your admission is the first step in obtaining your I-20 or DS-2019.  Please monitor your admission process via the Application Status Portal.

Within a week of your admission being verified by the Office of Graduate Education, you will receive an email from OIE prompting you to log into iStart and complete the New Student Graduate I-20/DS-2019 Request e-form under the
1. Request Initial I-20/DS-2019 Form section.
