I haven't arrived on campus yet and I am unable to access my Georgia Tech email. What should I do?

Fully admitted students should have access to their GT email within 2-4 weeks prior to arrival on campus.  Do not attempt access more than a month prior to arriving on campus. 

If it is 2 weeks prior to your arrival and you are still experiencing access issues, please request help via OIT (Office of Information Technology) at oit.gatech.edu.
